• Liters will reset to zero when the customer will downgrade the plan.

  • If the customer is reaching out to support to change the plan assist the customer to do it from the DrinkPrime application In if in case a customer is unable to do it then change the plan from your end and before downgrading reset the liters.

  • If the customer is telling us we had this option earlier to carry forward then inform the customer we were giving this from our end as goodwill but this option was not available from the beginning itself also we have this policy on our website FAQs.
