Uninstallation:

When a customer wants to unsubscribe DrinkPrime, is considered as Uninstallation.


For every uninstallation ticket raised from App, the ticket is assigned to Retention Team.

If any call/ticket is raised by the customer, take the details and update the following properties:

1. Status: Open

2. Type of Issue: Uninstallation

3. Uninstallation Reason

4. Group: Retention



Note: Don't take pickup requested date and time from cx, inform cx that our senior team will reach out to you.
