Training for Sync Issue

Troubleshooting steps:
1. Check in the dashboard if connectivity is GSM, WIFI or BLE.
2. Check the last sync in "Get Pings"
3. Suggest Cx clear cache for the DrinkPrime App
4. Suggest to uninstall and install DrinkPrime App
5. Manually search DrinkPrime purifier in nearby Bluetooth Devices
6. Disconnect all Bluetooth connected devices and try to sync from DrinkPrime App
7. Go to Settings > Change Prime > Scan/Manually enter PID and connect to the device
