GSM Device
1. If GSM device has due payment, cx will get auto-reminders, but still, device will work as BOT is not fixed in the device.

2. There will be no commands for GSM device

3. Check payment due date and inform cx to recharge
BLE Device
1. If there is due payment, device will stop working. Cx needs to recharge with monthly plan.
2. Check in recharges whether the payment is added or not.
3. If payment is not added search in Razorpay with email ID.
Payment Link Creation:
Only the Escalation and Retention Team has access to create payment links.
Note: Any link which is created by the team manually is valid for 48 hours only. After 48 hours link will show as expired.
