Steps to be checked (Referral Benefits):

  1. First check the referral code matches by using the referral dashboard Click here referral dashboard link if the codes are 

  2. If the referral code is matching check the installation date.

  3. The referee should complete 7 days of trail period.

  4. If the referral code is not matching or no referral code, then confirm with the customer how the referral was done and check the order tracker sheet if the code is updated. if code is not updated in the order tracker, then inform sales team to check and update.is not updated Click here for the order tracking sheet


How to transfer the amount to the account?


  1. Select the bottom Account option.

  2. Click on the wallet.

  3. Customer can check their balance in their wallet.

  4. Click on redeem option it will ask you to enter your UPI ID or your account no.

  5. After submitting the details the amount will get transferred to the account in case there is any delay then inform the customer to wait till 24 hrs to 48 hrs.

Steps to be checked (Review Benefits):


We do provide Review Benefits if it is posted on Google PlayStore, AppStore, Facebook, and Google Review.


1. Take a screenshot from the customer for the review given on social media. 

2. Go to <Add Payment> and click on Discount. 

3. Click on Discount Type and select the valid benefit to be added. 

4. Once the benefit is added, ask the customer to sync or connect with the purifier.
