If the invoice download option is not available on the Payments/Recharges page then tag @Pranshu Agarwal on slack to enable the invoice download option.
Follow these properties in Freshdesk till the time the download option is not available / If the download option is available then download and email the invoice to the customer:

Security Deposit:
We do not provide an Invoice for the Security Deposit amount of ₹1500 as it's a refundable amount.
If the customer is requesting then we will give security deposit receipt.
Tag @Doniya in slack to generate the receipt for the Security Deposit.
