Steps to be followed:
1. Need to confirm with the customer, the reason for pausing service and for what duration.
2. Need to inform about the rental subscription model.
Note:
1. We can offer a validity extension only once a year.
2. If the customer is asking to pause the subscription 2nd time in a year, assign the ticket to Collection Team with detailed notes.
