Unable To Recharge Via App

Steps to be followed:
1. Confirm with the customer if they are getting any kind of error while making the payment.
2. Guide the customer to make the payment from App.
3. If after guiding also, the customer is not able to make the payment then inform your TL's to share a payment link with you.
After receiving the link share the payment link with the customer in the email and inform the customer to recharge via a link after the recharge customer needs to sync the device.
