If the customer wants to transfer the ownership, the customer needs to share the following details in an email marking another customer in CC:

Also please confirm to whom the deposit amount of Rs.1500 paid to Drink Prime shall be transferred in case the account holder wishes to cancel the services. If you have any queries or concerns, please let us know.  


This email format should be dropped to the customer to confirm the changes on the account. Once we receive the reply from the customer we can make the changes on the dashboard. 


Before making the changes kindly add the existing details to the add notes in the workforce dashboard


To make the changes on the Dashboard, follow the steps: 


Go to DrinkPrime Dashboard>Click on Customer Dashboard>Click on All Customers>Search with Purifier ID>Click on View>Click on Customer> Click on Update Customer Details to change all the details and in case the mobile number is not getting changed then click on the transfer ownership and mention the number want to change.


Details will be reflected on the dashboard and we can inform the customer. The customer needs to log in from the application with his registered number and verify the changes.
