If the customer is unable to login due to an OTP issue, follow the steps:


1. Check with the customer for which mobile number is he trying to get the OTP. 

2. Check with the customer if Do Not Disturb services are activated on the number where he is trying to get the OTP.

3. If the customer is still not receiving the OTP, we can check from the backend.

    --> Go to Kaylera

    --> Click on Sent Items

    --> All Sent Items

    --> Search with mobile number.
