For the recharge, do follow these steps:

1. If there is due payment, the device will stop working. Cx needs to recharge with the monthly plan.

2. Check-in recharges whether the payment is added or not.

3. If payment is not added search in Razorpay with email ID.



Note: Any link which is created by the team manually is valid for 48 hours only. After 48 hours link will show as expired.
