We have some quick troubleshooting for Wifi BOTs for the below issues.

a) Connectivity issues when the source wifi for the BOT is iPhone Hotspot 

b) Customers changing their source wifi/ password of the source wifi

We are trying to get the videos for this created soon and will share it with everyone. But till then this needs to done through manual explanation 

a)  Connectivity issues when the source wifi for the Wifi BOT is iPhone Hotspot 


1. Open the device which has the hotspot. Ensure that the mobile internet is on
2 Open Settings 

3. Select “Personal Hotspot” in the list

4. Slide the "Maximize Compatibility"  toggle to ON position

5. Ensure that the device where you have the app is connected to the device that you are using as hotspot 

6. Switch off the purifier for 30 seconds and switch it on again. The connectivity should work. If it doesn't work, we can send the technician to solve the problem.


Note: In case the customer is not able to see the "Maximize compatibility" option, it means they are using an iPhone 11 or older. In this case, we don't have a solution for now


b) Change in source Wifi/ Password of the Source Wifi
1. Connect your mobile to your new wifi/ changed password of your wifi source

2.Go to DrinkPrime app

3. Go to "Connect to wifi" on the home page of your DrinkPrime app as shown in the below screenshot 4. Click on "Set-up Wifi"  on the page that appears as shown in the below screenshot 

4. Enter the new password of your wifi in the DrinkPrime app where it asks for wifi password

5. Switch off your purifier for 30 seconds and switch it on again. If this is not working, we can send a technician
