WIFI Bot V6 Version can connect to all 3 scenarios.


1- When WIFI Is there in the customer's Place

2- When Personal Hotspot is available

3- When only one phone is available


WIFI Available in customer Place

Once Technicians are ready to set up the WIFI Installation, they need to search in the WIFI option

to get the DP_WIFI Bot Number. They need to click on that



Once they clicked on that option immediately Drinkprime Page will get displayed on that Page they need to click on the Configure WiFI Option.


After Click on the Configure Wifi immediately Customers or available WIFI Name will come

to display and after that once click on the Wi-Fi name another tab will open to update the

Password. Once that is completed Device will connect to the Internet within 30 seconds.


Personal Hotspot Connection


Personal Hotspot works similar to Wi-Fi devices Same Display will pop up in every step.


When Only One Phone is available


When the customer has only one phone in that case also, we can connect with Bot. 

1st Step and 2nd Step are the same as the Wi-Fi connectivity. 

In 3rd step, while we are updating the password, we need to update our Hotspot name and Password correctly after updating the Hotspot password and applying the save need to switch off the device for 10 seconds and switch it on the device, and need to turn on the hotspot within 30 seconds device will start working immediately.



Note: If the customer is not able to see the DP_WIFI Bot Number in the range then assist the customer to turn on the wifi on the phone and then on the hotspot in the phone then they will get the option.
