• If a customer looking to own the device move to the retention team or directly provide the ticket number to Navneet after collecting the name and number of the customer.


  • The new device cost would be ₹9999 if the customer demands the same old device to own it then move the ticket to the retention team.


  • If the customer is an existing customer and demands the new device to own then the old device will be taken back and the new device will be delivered after deducting the deposit amount and the remaining ₹8500 the customer has to pay to DrinkPrime. A payment link will be shared by the retention team.


  • If the person is new to DrinkPrime then you can collect the details like number and name and forward the details to Navneet.


  • If the cx is owning the old device then the plan would be mentioned as SELL22.


  • If the cx is taking the new connection or has taken the connection then the plan would be mentioned as SELL23.


  • Once the cx has owned the device he does not have to recharge the device.


  • If cx has owned the device and asking about the validity which is shown in the Dashboard as well as in the application, inform cx that he does not have to worry about that because that is for our reference to send the tech for GS and tracking of the device.


  • The device contains 4 stages of purification UV+UF+RO+SEDIMENT+CARBON.


  • The customer is eligible for 2 years of free service including General service.


  • Buyback option available -  If the customer didn't like the device in 2 years then the customer can return the device and ₹3000 will be refunded to the customer. If any request is raised for returning the device then move the ticket to the retention team.
