This is a new automation in place for the customer's who can create a ticket from the App.
The tickets which are getting created from the app for the issues of which are getting marked as group "Self Service" and the POC is "Automation".
Cross verify the issues which are getting created if the technician visit date and time are updating and the ops job is getting generated on the tickets.
Type of issues which are getting automated from the app :
"General Service"
"Taste Issue"
"Leakage Issue"
